01 DISCOVERY
It starts with a simple conversation. You tell us what you need — your audience, your topic, your timeline, your expectations, what you already have and what LMS you are using.
02 PROPOSAL
Within days, you’ll have a clear proposal. Scope, estimated timeline and investment — all in writing and ready for you to check.
03 STORYBOARD
Our team writes your script and builds a full storyboard for your approval. The storyboard shows the flow of the course, the script, and what appears on each slide.
06 REVIEW
And here’s where we’re different.
We offer unlimited review rounds. Revise until you’re completely happy — no extra cost, no clock running. We know that there are always challenges with rosters and personnel changes in our industry that make limited reviews difficult and we want to make sure you have what you need.
05 BUILD
Then we build. The characters, colours, and layout are matched to your brand. Animation, graphics, interactions, assessments are all combined for the best learning experience.
04 SIGN-OFF
Once you are happy with the storyboard, you sign off before production begins and we give you a firm timeline so you know when to expect reviews. We might ask for some pictures or other assets from you if we think they would enhance the course.
07 LAUNCH
Once you’re satisfied, you sign off and we deliver — Scorm compliant direct to your LMS or packaged and ready to upload.
08 ONGOING SUPPORT
And we stay available. As your operations grow, we update your courses. Even ones we didn’t build.
