Every training project is different — the right solution depends on your audience, the complexity of the content, and how much you need animation to carry the learning. This guide outlines how we price our work so you can plan with confidence before we talk.
All prices are quoted in AUD and exclude GST. Final pricing is confirmed in your written proposal.
What affects the investment?
🎬 Animation complexity
A course built with simple slides and icons costs significantly less than one with fully animated characters walking through an underground mine or operating heavy equipment. Animation is the single biggest lever on price.
🔁 Number of interactions & assessments
Drag-and-drop activities, branching scenarios, and knowledge checks add engagement but also add development time. We’ll advise on the right balance for your learners.
⏱ Course duration
A 5-minute safety refresher and a 30-minute site induction are very different projects. Longer courses mean more scripting, more animation, and more build time.
🎨 Custom characters & branded visuals
If your course needs characters built specifically for your site, workforce, or equipment, that design work is included in the quote. Generic character sets are faster and lower cost.
